Helping businesses turn ideas into intuitive, beautiful, & efficient digital experiences.
As a Senior UX Designer at TimeLog, I worked across multiple products, maintaining and evolving complex design systems. My role combined strategic UX workflows, hands-on component design, customer interviews, and front-end collaboration. I also supported organizational UX maturity through documentation, presentations, and the integration of AI-driven UX processes.
During my internship at Benelizer, I designed and documented a custom front-end framework to ensure long-term visual consistency and scalability. The project considered user demographics, accessibility, and Material Design principles while establishing a robust Figma design system. Alongside UX improvements, I contributed to optimizing internal design and collaboration processes.
A freelance project focused on designing and building a multilingual, accessible WordPress website for an international audience. I developed a WCAG AAA compliant design system in Figma and translated it into responsive, scalable layouts. The project balanced strong brand alignment with improved navigation and content discoverability through close stakeholder collaboration.
Hi, I’m Greg, a Senior UX Designer with 5+ years of SaaS experience designing intuitive systems and scalable workflows. At TimeLog, I lead digital initiatives, mentor designers, and build React components with MUI to help teams move faster.
With 23+ years across design and development, I balance creativity with technical execution. Outside work, I explore photography, 3D art, and painting, and I’m a proud father of two who enjoys mentoring in all forms.
Let’s connect to create thoughtful, user-centered solutions.
In just four weeks, Greg Gomes conducted a comprehensive review of the Benelizer® application, covering the following topics:
• Creation of UX personas
• Development of a design system in Figma
• Overall redesign, including mockups for all main views
• Introduction of a modern and fresh look
• Achieving an “AAA” A11Y usability rating for the applied controls
We are thrilled with the results and eager to see it implemented in the coming months.
A big thanks to Greg for his outstanding work and excellent collaboration throughout the process!
Greg’s commitment to his work is truly commendable. He has an exceptional ability to persevere through challenges and never quits until he achieves the desired outcome. His determination to overcome obstacles is a testament to his resilience and passion for his craft.
Greg consistently took on additional responsibilities and contributed beyond the scope of his role. Greg’s proactive approach and initiative were invaluable, especially when faced with tight deadlines.
Speaking of deadlines, Greg has an aversion to missing them. It’s evident that he values the time of his colleagues and stakeholders, and he works tirelessly to ensure that no one is left waiting.
